Refund policy

We make every effort to accommodate all customer requests and to make our service convenient and qualitative. If you are not satisfied or our service is not suitable for you, it's available to send a refund request.

  1. Refund request could be sent within 7 days after the payment.
  2. Refund request should be sent by e-mail with customer's account name (e-mail), payment's date, payment system and a reason of a refund request.
  3. Refund request will be processed within 3 business days. Money will be refunded within 7 business days.
  4. Refund request could be declined, if customer broke service's terms of use.
